Here is the Process of
resizing image without losing picture quality
1 Change The resolution to 300
2 Select resample preset as Preserve Details enlargement
3 Apply Reduce noise
4 Apply High pass Filters
5 Change the layer mode to Overlay
6 Select all layers and convert to smart object
7 Apply Smart sharpen
