How to create snow falls effect in any image in Photoshop
1.Open The image in Photoshop
2.Apply Hue Saturation if needed
3.Create a New Layer
4.Fill with white color
5.Add Noise From filter menu
6.Apply Gaussian Blur
7.Apply Threshold form Image Adjustment menu
8.Press CTRL + I for Invert
9. Change the layer mode to Screen
10.Apply little Amount Gaussian Blur
11. Copy the Snow layer and adjust the size
12. Apply Path blur
13.Selection the Character
14.Place the character above two snow layers
15.select all and press Shift + CTRL + C for copy Merged
16. ctrl + V for paste
17.Apply Camera raw Filter for Color Correction and more enhancement
