Comic book drawing effect in Photoshop | In 6 Minutes

Here Is the Process and Time Breakdown of Comic book  drawing effect in Photoshop:
1 Open The Image

2 Duplicate the original Image layer

3 Apply Poster Edges Filter

4 Apply Cut Out Filter

5 Adjust the edges With brush Tool if Needed

6 Copy The Above layer

7 Apply Color Halftone Filter. Foreground color should be black and background color white

8 Change the layer mode Multiply and adjust the opacity

9 Duplicate the orginal pic layer and place it above all layers

10 Apply Glowing edge Effect

11 Desaturate

12 Adjust levels for more contrast

13 Press CTR+I for Invert

14 Multiply the layer mode

15 add layer mask and Adjust the Outline
